Easy to use
We hosted a fundraising event and needed some tickets for our raffles - we didn't want to spend too much money but wanted it to be a bit professional.
I used one of the templates and found it really easy to use. Nice quality tickets and quick turnaround.

Delivery Time
We are always very happy with the product and the service from you however the delivery time was very disappointing.
Items were delivered 2-3 weeks after the expected date which was very stressful for our volunteers to get these out to families. Given that we have had this poor delivery experience 3 years in a row, would it be possible for you to consider using a better delivery service ?
