We are always very happy with the product and the service from you however the delivery time was very disappointing.
Items were delivered 2-3 weeks after the expected date which was very stressful for our volunteers to get these out to families. Given that we have had this poor delivery experience 3 years in a row, would it be possible for you to consider using a better delivery service ?

First time customer. The website was easy to use, with great functionality. Hundreds of templates to choose from, or design your own. Images were easy to upload and add a personal touch to the printed ticket.
Delivery was within the specified time frame with emails sent through AusPost tracking delivery from time of dispatch to confirmation of delivery.

The process to order the tickets was efficient as was their delivery and timing.
Printing was clear and overall tickets looked very professional.
I would however not choose the cardboard type again. I wasn't aware that's what I had chosen. I would have preferred paper, they did however do the job very nicely. Thank you
