All quick template and design your own products ordered on line are subject to the processing guidelines shown below. For orders of other products, please use the link below to select the correct product type.

    Business Day 1 (Monday):

    Order placed before 15:30

    Business Day 2 (Tuesday):

    Order ships from our facility

    Please refer to the Custom Order section below for processing times of other types of orders.

    We begin printing orders immediately. Please refer to the 15:30 cutoff time and your order quantity to determine when your online order will ship.

    Order Quantity Processing Times

    • Up to 5,000 items; one business day to process.
    • 5,001 – 10,000 items; two business days to process.
    • 10,001 – 25,000 items; three business days to process.
    • 25,001 – 50,000 items; four business days to process.
    • 50,001 – 75,000 items; six business days to process.
    • 75,001 – 100,000 items; eight business days to process.
    • 100,001 – 200,000 items; twelve business days to process.
    • After we have processed your order, we ship it via the method you selected when ordering.
    • Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected.

    Please Note: We do not process tickets on the weekends or holidays.

    There will be a $3.22 charge to change any shipping information once the order is placed.

    All Custom Designed orders fall into this category.

     

      Business Day 1 (Monday)

      3-Day Order Processing (Wed-Fri)

      Order ships on Friday

      Shipping Time

      Varies by service

      • After an order has been placed, our graphics designers begin work on the ticket.
      • You are guaranteed a proof via email by the end of the next business day.
      • You will review your proof, emailing any changes or corrections, or your final approval to print. We will not begin printing tickets until we have received final approval that the tickets are correct.
      • After the proof has been approved, it takes 3 business days to process tickets.
      • After we have processed your order, we ship it via the method you select.
      • Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected.
