Eventgroove is a wholly owned business unit of TicketRiver Pty Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elk River Systems, a US-based company. We are firmly committed to protecting our customers’ security and privacy. Except in the instances below, we will not give, rent, or sell your personal information to any entity.

As a customer, and as a prospective customer of Eventgroove, we ask for minimal set of personal information to set up an account, to allow free access to "MyFiles" and our other online services, and if you so choose, to order and purchase products, to process your transaction. In order to deliver such services and to purchase products at Eventgroove, we will need to securely and confidentially process and store your personal information.

You also have the Right to Erasure, by providing a request to support@eventgroove.com.au (please note that this will result in irrevocable removal of your personal data from our servers or anonymisation of your data which means that you will no longer be able to place orders unless you create a new registration with a new email address).

We cannot remove your data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are other legitimate grounds to keep the data, such as unsettled debts or for the completion of order contracts.
